Dr\u017eava je naime dopustila ulazak privatnih kompanija na tr\u017ei\u0161te teretnog \u017eeljezni\u010dkog prijevoza prije nego \u0161to je &#8220;na bubanj&#8221; stavila dr\u017eavnu kompaniju koja je, smatra ministar, nesposobna nositi se s konkurencijom \u010dak osam tvrtki koje su u me\u0111uvremenu po\u010dele operirati na bugarskim \u017eeljezni\u010dkim putevima.<\/p>\n<p>Sama privatizacija je po kalkulacijama vlade trebala smanjiti ukupni dr\u017eavni dug, a za &#8220;rekonstrukciju&#8221; \u017eeljeznica napravljen je i sedmogodi\u0161nji plan koji je po vi\u0161e puta vi\u0111enom <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bilten.org\/?p=5776\" target=\"_blank\">modelu<\/a> u regiji uklju\u010divao razdvajanje putni\u010dkog i teretnog prometa te ostalih djelatnosti i prodaju najprofitabilnijih. Izostanak interesa privatnog kapitala za kupnju dr\u017eavne kompanije na liberaliziranom tr\u017ei\u0161tu ve\u0107 je prisilio vladu na promjene plana i izradu alternativnih rje\u0161enja.<\/p>\n<p>Ministar danas parlamentu predstavlja dokument koji predvi\u0111a ulaganja od 210 do 400 milijuna bugarskih leva (100 do 200 milijuna eura) te smanjenje broja radnika za barem 600 ljudi kako bi se dr\u017eavnu firmu rije\u0161ilo dugova i napravile nu\u017ene investicije da bude konkurentnija na liberaliziranom tr\u017ei\u0161tu.
