Osnovni problem predstavlja prometna infrastruktura u Rumunjskoj zbog koje tvornica nije u mogu\u0107nosti raditi punim kapacitetom. Jer ukoliko bi pokrenula sve pogone 240 kamiona bi moralo dnevno ulaziti i izlaziti iz tvornice, \u0161to bi s obzirom na prosje\u010dnu brzinu kamiona na rumunjskim cestama od 30km\/h zagu\u0161ilo promet, obja\u0161njava Brassai. Osvr\u0107u\u0107i se na \u017eeljezni\u010dku infrastrukturu biv\u0161i glavni menad\u017eer je bio jo\u0161 slikovitiji &#8211; ukoliko bi napunili vlakove u potpunosti prvi most na koji bi takav vlak nai\u0161ao bi se sru\u0161io.<\/p>\n<p>Dodatnom pritisku na infrastrukturu pridonose i logika proizvodnje i izvozna orijentiranost od 96-98%. Potonja implicira izra\u017eeniju transportnu stavku prilikom distribucije, a <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Lean_manufacturing\" target=\"_blank\">vitka proizvodnja<\/a> temeljena na 45 dobavlja\u010da dijelova, od kojih je samo osam integrirano u platformu u Craiovi i koji po ugovoru moraju po\u0161tovati <em>deadline<\/em> isporuke kako bi se eliminirali tro\u0161kovi skladi\u0161tenja, dodatno optere\u0107uje prometnu infrastrukturu, odnosno pove\u0107ava joj va\u017enost u krajnjoj tro\u0161kovnoj bilanci.<\/p>\n<p>S obzirom na \u010dinjenicu da je Rumunjska u 2014. godine pustila u promet samo 50km autocesta ne \u010dudi Brassaijeva izjava kako je upravi Forda Europe potpuno nerazumljivo kako Rumunjska tako sporo odgovara na infrastrukturne zahtjeve velikih investitora. Pored Forda i Renaultovo postrojenje mu\u010di sli\u010dan problem i zaprijetili su preseljenjem proizvodnje u Maroko. Me\u0111utim, u cijeloj pri\u010di najilustrativniji je bio moment u kojem je Brassai zavapio da bi bilo najljep\u0161e kad bi Ford sam mogao investirati u autoceste, ali da je to na\u017ealost nemogu\u0107e.
