Poslanik u Skup\u0161tini Crne Gore Andrija Popovi\u0107 najavio je ju\u010der da \u0107e u tom tijelu pokrenuti pitanje dugotrajne koncesije koju je zahtijevala gradska uprava ovog pomorskog gradi\u0107a, pi\u0161e <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cdm.me\/ekonomija\/lp-privatizacija-luke-bila-bi-zavrsni-udarac-kotoru\" target=\"_blank\">CDM<\/a>. Dioni\u010dko dru\u0161tvo Luka Kotor naime u ve\u0107inskom je vlasni\u0161tvu grada Kotora, a uporno odga\u0111anje produ\u017eenja njezine koncesije potaknulo je crnogorske medije na <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vijesti.me\/vijesti\/cekajuci-koncesiju-sprema-li-se-privatizacija-luke-kotor-822707\" target=\"_blank\">naga\u0111anja<\/a> o razlozima. Vjerojatni plan privatizacije doista nije te\u0161ko pretpostaviti, s obzirom da je jo\u0161 pro\u0161le godine gradona\u010delnica Marija \u0106atovi\u0107 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.poslovni.hr\/svijet-i-regija\/privatizacija-luke-kotor-vjerojatno-ide-na-referendum-268727\" target=\"_blank\">predlagala<\/a> takvo &#8220;rje\u0161enje&#8221; tvrde\u0107i kako Luka ne &#8220;ula\u017ee dovoljno u grad&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>\u0106atovi\u0107 je u me\u0111uvremenu podnijela ostavku bez obja\u0161njenja no njezin je preferirani suradnik, ameri\u010dka kompanija Royal Caribbean Cruises, krajem pro\u0161le godine na velika vrata <a href=\"http:\/\/www.portofkotor.com\/zj.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">u\u0161ao<\/a> u Luku, sklapaju\u0107i &#8220;strate\u0161ku saradnju&#8221; s dioni\u010dkim dru\u0161tvom. Reakcija Popovi\u0107a, \u010dija je stranka u koalicijskoj vlasti u gradu, osna\u017euje sumnje kako unutar gradske uprave postoji konflikt oko mogu\u0107eg prepu\u0161tanja luke ameri\u010dkoj firmi. Kotorska luka je osamdesetih znatno pove\u0107ana kako bi se prilagodila za prihvat jahti i kruzera. Turisti\u010dki promet je obnovljen kasnih devedesetih, a nakon privatizacijskog <a href=\"http:\/\/javniservis.me\/2012\/01\/31\/svaka-sila-za-vrijeme-i-vasa-ce-se-istopiti-kao-secer\/\" target=\"_blank\">uni\u0161tenja<\/a> brodarskog poduze\u0107a &#8220;Jugooceanija&#8221; i neuspje\u0161ne privatizacije ve\u0107ine velikih hotela, Luka je ostala jedna od rijetkih ve\u0107ih <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kotor.tv\/vijesti\/item\/1030-sprema-li-se-privatizacija-luke-kotor-najprofitabilnija-opstinska-kompanija-na-cekanju.html\" target=\"_blank\">uspje\u0161nih<\/a> tvrtki u gradu.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kako se pribli\u017eava sredina maja, datum kada istje\u010de koncesija koji Luka Kotor ima na kori\u0161tenje pomorskog dobra, rastu i tenzije i spekulacije vezane uz mogu\u0107u privatizaciju luke.
