{"id":5013,"date":"2015-02-25T10:50:52","date_gmt":"2015-02-25T09:50:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bilten.org\/?p=5013"},"modified":"2015-02-25T10:50:52","modified_gmt":"2015-02-25T09:50:52","slug":"uspjeh-studentskih-blokada-u-makedoniji","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bilten.org\/?p=5013","title":{"rendered":"Uspjeh studentskih blokada u Makedoniji"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Na ju\u010der odr\u017eanom sastanku predstavnika studentskog i profesorskog plenuma te rektora univerziteta Sv. \u0106irila i Metoda u Skopju Velimira Stojkovskog, kojem je prisustvovao i ministar obrazovanja Abdilaqim Ademi i drugi predstavnici vlade, usugla\u0161en je <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fakulteti.mk\/news\/15-02-24\/uspeavme_pozdravplenumci.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">zaklju\u010dak<\/a> o potrebi ponovne izrade prijedloga zakona o visokom obrazovanju. Iza te diplomatske formulacije krije se veliki uspjeh dvotjednih studentskih <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bilten.org\/?p=4617\" target=\"_blank\">blokada<\/a> u Makedoniji. Naime, povod pokretanju blokada na vi\u0161e makedonskih fakulteta bilo je dono\u0161enje <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bilten.org\/?p=4482\" target=\"_blank\">spornog zakona<\/a> o visokom obrazovanju krajem pro\u0161log mjeseca koji, izme\u0111u ostalog, uvodi i tzv. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bilten.org\/?p=3804\" target=\"_blank\">eksterno testiranje<\/a>. Studenti su 10. decembra pro\u0161le godine odr\u017eali veliki prosvjed protiv prijedloga zakona, ali su ga vlasti tada odlu\u010dile ignorirati.<\/p>\n<p>Zaklju\u010dak ju\u010dera\u0161njeg sastanka zna\u010di potpuno povla\u010denje vladinog zakona i pokretanje novog postupka izrade dokumenta koji regulira visoko obrazovanje te predstavlja prihva\u0107anje zahtjeva studenata koji su ranije odbili da pregovaraju samo o pojedinim segmentima zakona. Prema izjavi rektora prihva\u0107en je i studentski zahtjev da taj proces formuliranja prijedloga uklju\u010duje sve zainteresirane strane te da mu cilj nije samo &#8220;pobolj\u0161anje kvalitete visokog obrazovanja&#8221; ve\u0107 i &#8220;podizanje nivoa znanja studenata&#8221;. Ta formulacija trebala bi ote\u017eati reforme koje bi i\u0161le u smjeru komercijalizacije obrazovanja te smanjenja njegove dostupnosti pod izgovorom &#8220;konkurentnosti&#8221;. Prihva\u0107anjem studentskih zahtjeva ostvareni su uvjeti i za prekid blokade koji je izglasan na sino\u0107njem <a href=\"http:\/\/www.studentskiplenum.org\/%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BB-%D0%BE%D0%B4-%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BD%D0%B5%D1%88%D0%BD%D0%B0%D1%82%D0%B0-%D0%B0%D1%82%D0%BC%D0%BE%D1%81%D1%84%D0%B5%D1%80%D0%B0\/\" target=\"_blank\">plenumu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>No <a href=\"http:\/\/www.studentskiplenum.org\/pobeda\/\" target=\"_blank\">izjava<\/a> plenuma ujedno upozorava i kako prekid blokade ne zna\u010di prestanak aktivnosti studentskog pokreta. Ju\u010der je dogovoren i rok od 30 do 45 dana za osnivanje komisije za izradu zakona u kojoj \u0107e sudjelovati i delegati studenata.
