Zakon trenutno \u010deka na glasanje u parlamentu, a ukoliko bude izglasan \u2013 \u0161to je izgledno \u2013 Portugal \u0107e se pridru\u017eiti <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bilten.org\/?p=36413\" target=\"_blank\">\u0160panjolskoj <\/a>i <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.euractiv.com\/section\/digital\/news\/uber-grants-uk-drivers-worker-status-in-world-first\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ujedinjenom Kraljevstvu<\/a> koji su uveli sli\u010dne zakone ranije ove godine: \u0160panjolska je donijela zakon kojim su dostavlja\u010di postali zaposlenici kompanija za koje rade, dok je Vrhovni sud u UK-u presudio da voza\u010di Ubera moraju imati status radnika i sva pripadaju\u0107a prava.<br><br>Ana Mendes Godinho, portugalska ministrica rada, izjavila je da \u0107e zakon platformskim radnicima donijeti ve\u0107u sigurnost. &#8220;Jedan od na\u0161ih najve\u0107ih prioriteta je borba protiv prekarnog rada\u201c, Godinho je <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/technology\/portugals-gig-economy-workers-set-become-staff-2021-10-22\/\" target=\"_blank\">izjavila <\/a>na press konferenciji. Zakon bi tako\u0111er tra\u017eio od platformskih kompanija koje se bave dostavom hrane da s vlastima dijele informacije o tome kako njihovi algoritmi &#8220;upravljaju&#8221; radnicima i smjenama, s obzirom na opravdane sumnje da kori\u0161tenje algoritama mo\u017ee biti nepravedno, odnosno diskriminirati radnike\/ice zbog izostajanja s posla zbog bolovanja i odbijanja odre\u0111enih vo\u017enji.<br><br>U me\u0111uvremenu se pove\u0107ava i broj sudskih presuda u korist platformskih radnika\/ica: nedavno je sud u Amsterdamu presudio protiv Ubera u slu\u010daju protiv njegovih voza\u010da. Sud je <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bilten.org\/?p=39439\" target=\"_blank\">presudio <\/a>u korist Federacije nizozemskih sindikata (FNV) koji je tvrdio da pravni odnos izme\u0111u Ubera i voza\u010da ima sva obilje\u017eja ugovora o radu, te odredio da Uber mora zaposliti oko 4.000 voza\u010da u Nizozemskoj, uz po\u0161tivanje svih pripadaju\u0107ih prava.
