Podsjetimo, von del Leyen&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/sites\/info\/files\/political-guidelines-next-commission_en_0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">obe\u0107ala<\/a>&nbsp;je da \u0107e obavezuju\u0107e mjere o transparentnosti pla\u0107a biti donesene unutar prvih 100 dana njezinog mandata. 340 dana nakon po\u010detka njezinog mandata, Komisija i dalje nije objavila prijedlog za smanjenje rodnog jaza u pla\u0107ama koji trenutno na razini EU iznosi 15%. Ova direktiva bila je jedna od \u010detiri teme kojima je Komisija dala prioritet i obe\u0107ala isporu\u010diti obvezuju\u0107e dokumente do 10. o\u017eujka. No godinu dana nakon po\u010detka rada nove Komisije, i 266 dana nakon objavljenog roka, direktiva nije donesena a obe\u0107ane mjere su dodatno odgo\u0111ene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mjere o transparentnosti pla\u0107a, kojima se udruge poslodavaca &#8220;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.europarl.europa.eu\/RegData\/etudes\/STUD\/2020\/642379\/IPOL_STU(2020)642379_EN.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">strastveno protive<\/a>&#8220;, trebale su biti predstavljene 15. prosinca, no sada su potpuno isparile s legislativnog <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/transparency\/regdoc\/rep\/2\/2020\/EN\/SEC-2020-2358-F1-EN-MAIN-PART-1.PDF\" target=\"_blank\">kalendara<\/a> Europske komisije. Mjere transparentnosti nisu se pojavile u posljednjem kalendaru objavljenom 24. studenog, a u <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.etuc.org\/en\/pressrelease\/plan-drop-pay-transparency-over-covid-19-betrayal-frontline-women-workers\" target=\"_blank\">nacrtu<\/a> radnog programa Komisije pojavila se re\u010denica o tome da \u0107e sve promjene &#8220;\u2026 neizbje\u017eno zna\u010diti i vi\u0161e administrativnog tereta za kompanije&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako bi izrazio protivljenje odga\u0111anju dono\u0161enje direktive, Europska konfederacija sindikata (ETUC) okupila je pravne stru\u010dnjake\/inje koji su sastavili <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bilten.org\/?p=35068\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">prijedlog<\/a> direktive koji su ponudili Komisiji na kori\u0161tenje. Osamnaest \u010dlanaka zakonskog prijedloga ETUC-a pokrivaju mjere koje bi zabranile klauzule o tajnosti pla\u0107a u ugovorima kako bi se otvoreno moglo raspravljati o pla\u0107ama, obavezale poslodavce da rade revizije informacija o pla\u0107ama i godi\u0161nje akcijske planove o jednakosti pla\u0107a te pru\u017eile podr\u0161ku sindikatima u pregovorima s poslodavcima o razlikama u pla\u0107ama. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zamjenica glavnog tajnika ETUC-a Esther Lynch izjavila je: &#8220;Budu\u0107i da \u017eene s niskim pla\u0107ama \u010dine ve\u0107inu klju\u010dnih radnika u Covid-19 pandemiji, od iznimne je va\u017enosti pozabaviti se sustavnim podcjenjivanjem \u017eenskog rada u odnosu na rad mu\u0161karaca. \u017denama koje su radile klju\u010dne poslove u teku\u0107oj krizi dugujemo pru\u017eiti jednaku pla\u0107u za rad jednake vrijednosti. Jo\u0161 uvijek vjerujemo da predsjednica von der Leyen \u017eeli ispuniti svoje obe\u0107anje, ali jasno je da se Komisija nalazi pod znatnim pritiskom da odgodi, oslabi i na kraju odustane od direktive o transparentnosti pla\u0107a.
