{"id":25862,"date":"2018-11-28T10:02:31","date_gmt":"2018-11-28T09:02:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bilten.org\/?p=25862"},"modified":"2018-11-28T10:12:24","modified_gmt":"2018-11-28T09:12:24","slug":"europski-zrak-sve-opasniji","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bilten.org\/?p=25862","title":{"rendered":"Europski zrak sve opasniji"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Godi\u0161nja cijena zaga\u0111enja zraka od cestovnog prometa u Europskoj uniji iznosi najmanje 70 milijardi eura, pokazalo je <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/environment\/2018\/nov\/27\/health-effects-of-diesel-cost-european-taxpayers-billions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">istra\u017eivanje<\/a> Europskog saveza za javno zdravlje (EPHA). Usporedbe radi, to je vi\u0161e od dr\u017eavnih bud\u017eeta polovice \u010dlanica i vi\u0161e nego \u0161to npr. Unija izdvaja za znanost. Ujedno je otprilike i sli\u010dno iznosu koji bi prora\u010dun EU trebao izgubiti jednom kada Britanija prestane u njega upla\u0107ivati. Cijena se prije svega odnosi na tro\u0161kove u zdravstvu, s obzirom na brojne zdravstvene tegobe koje redovito izaziva postoje\u0107a razina zaga\u0111enja zraka u europskim gradovima. Godi\u0161nje oko \u010detrdeset tisu\u0107a ljudi u Uniji umire od posljedica ovog problema.<\/p>\n<p>Iako zaga\u0111enje ima razli\u010dito porijeklo (dio proizlazi i iz \u010destica guma, ko\u010dnica itd.), ipak su uvjerljivo najve\u0107i problemi oni vezani uz ispu\u0161ne plinove. \u010cak 75% ovog zaga\u0111enja pak dolazi iz dizelskih motora. Vozila s dizelskim motorima bila su u sredi\u0161tu skandala 2015. kada je otkriveno da je njema\u010dki proizvo\u0111a\u010d automobila Volkswagen sustavno falsificirao rezultate testiranja \u0161tetnog zaga\u0111enja ispu\u0161nih plinova. Kasnije se ispostavilo da su sli\u010dne &#8220;trikove&#8221; primjenjivali i drugi proizvo\u0111a\u010di. Cijenu ove prakse proizvo\u0111a\u010da u ljudskim \u017eivotima i zdravstvenim tro\u0161kovima retrospektivno je gotovo nemogu\u0107e izra\u010dunati.<\/p>\n<p>Prije par tjedana su, na primjer, objavljeni rezultati istra\u017eivanja provedenog na podru\u010dju Londona koje je <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/environment\/2018\/nov\/14\/diesel-pollution-stunts-childrens-lung-growth-london-study-shows\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">potvrdilo<\/a> kako izlo\u017eenost postoje\u0107oj razini ispu\u0161nih plinova iz dizelskih motora kod djece trajno o\u0161te\u0107uje razvoj plu\u0107a i uzrokuje do\u017eivotne zdravstvene probleme. Unato\u010d tome \u0161to je Unija formalno postro\u017eila pravila, situacija se po pitanju emisija nije znatnije <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/environment\/2017\/jun\/23\/latest-diesel-car-models-remain-highly-polluting-tests-show\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">promijenila<\/a> od 2015. do danas.
