{"id":22374,"date":"2018-02-14T10:39:18","date_gmt":"2018-02-14T09:39:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bilten.org\/?p=22374"},"modified":"2018-02-14T10:39:18","modified_gmt":"2018-02-14T09:39:18","slug":"kamo-plove-vardarske-galije","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bilten.org\/?p=22374","title":{"rendered":"Kamo plove vardarske galije?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dok Makedonija poku\u0161ava okon\u010dati diplomatski spor s Gr\u010dkom, istovremeno traje obra\u010dun s naslje\u0111em <a href=\"https:\/\/lemondediplomatique.hr\/antikvizacija-kao-strategija-kapitalistickog-vladanja\/\">pro\u0161le vlasti<\/a>, pri \u010demu pitanje izgleda glavnog grada igra va\u017enu ulogu. Prvi je ustupak Grcima ve\u0107 napravljen: Aleksandar Veliki bit \u0107e maknut iz imena skopskog aerodroma i glavne autoceste. Osim niza objekata koje je imenovala i instalirala pro\u0161la vlada, koji su odraz nacionalisti\u010dkog narativa o anti\u010dkom porijeklu Makedonaca pa smetaju gr\u010dkim susjedima, nebrojeno je mnogo onih koji su samom gradu nanijeli estetske, arhitektonske i kulturne \u0161tete. Takve su se instalacije nasadile i po Vardaru, rijeci koja prolazi Skopjem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Najpoznatije me\u0111u njima, tri nepomi\u010dna \u201cbroda\u201d u samom sredi\u0161tu grada, nastale su sklopu zloglasnog i skupog urbanisti\u010dkog projekta Skopje 2014. Prema po\u010detnom planu trebalo je postaviti \u0161est brodova, replike galija iz 16.-18. stolje\u0107a, u kojima bi bili smje\u0161teni ugostiteljski objekti, koji bi, naravno, privla\u010dili turiste. No grdosije na Vardaru uop\u0107e ne izgledaju onako kako su <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.balkaninsight.com\/en\/article\/skopje-s-pirate-ships-cause-stir\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">zami\u0161ljene<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a nisu ni pravi brodovi. To su gra\u0111evine u obliku brodova s temeljima na rije\u010dnom koritu, \u0161to je posebno problemati\u010dno budu\u0107i da Vardar \u010desto poplavljuje. Tako smo prije dva mjeseca, kada su jake ki\u0161e podigle razinu vode, mogli vidjeti <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.dw.com\/mk\/%D0%B2%D0%B0%D1%80%D0%B4%D0%B0%D1%80-%D1%81%D0%B5-%D0%B8%D0%B7%D0%BB%D0%B5%D0%B0-%D0%BD%D0%B0-%D0%BD%D0%B5%D0%BA%D0%BE%D0%BB%D0%BA%D1%83-%D0%BC%D0%B5%D1%81%D1%82%D0%B0-%D0%BE%D1%88%D1%82%D0%B5%D1%82%D0%B5%D0%BD%D0%B8-%D0%BE%D0%B1%D1%98%D0%B5%D0%BA%D1%82%D0%B8-%D0%BE%D0%B4-%D0%BA%D1%83%D0%BB%D1%82%D1%83%D1%80%D0%B0%D1%82%D0%B0\/a-41625647\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">prizore<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o\u0161te\u0107enih skopskih kulturnih \u201cznamenitosti\u201d, otrgnutih ukrasa i poplavljenih galija.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Skupo raski\u0107ivanje<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u010clanovi Dru\u0161tva makedonskih arhitekata, ve\u0107 dulje vrijeme zabrinuti spomenutom situacijom, <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/24vesti.mk\/arhitektite-nemaat-dilema-deka-galiite-od-vardar-treba-da-se-ostranat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">izjavili su<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> nedavno da galije apsolutno treba maknuti i da Vardar mora biti \u010dist. Tom zahtjevu novi skopski gradona\u010delnik, Petre \u0160ilegov, planira uskoro udovoljiti. Iako ne zna jo\u0161 kako i pod kojom procedurom, navodno je izdao <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/makfax.com.mk\/daily-news\/%D1%88%D0%B8%D0%BB%D0%B5%D0%B3%D0%BE%D0%B2-%D0%B4%D0%B0%D0%B4%D0%BE%D0%B2-%D0%BD%D0%B0%D0%BB%D0%BE%D0%B3-%D0%B4%D0%B0-%D1%81%D0%B5-%D0%B4%D0%B8%D1%81%D0%BB%D0%BE%D1%86%D0%B8%D1%80%D0%B0%D0%B0%D1%82\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nalog<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> da se galije na Vardaru dislociraju te da se po\u010disti gra\u0111evinski otpad na mjestu nedovr\u0161enog panoramskog kota\u010da, tako\u0111er na koritu Vardara. To bi \u201c\u010di\u0161\u0107enje\u201d trebalo ko\u0161tati 5 milijuna eura, a \u0161to je zanimljivo, izvo\u0111a\u010d radova trebala bi biti ista gra\u0111evinska firma (<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/skopje2014.prizma.birn.eu.com\/en\/results\/izv=0151\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beton A.D.<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) koja je izgradila masu objekata za Skopje 2014., uklju\u010duju\u0107i i temelje nesu\u0111enog kota\u010da. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Kao \u0161to smo ve\u0107 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bilten.org\/?p=19252\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pisali<\/a>, relativno novim makedonskim vlastima, predvo\u0111enim socijaldemokratskom strankom SDSM, predstoji dono\u0161enje niza odluka o teretu naslije\u0111enom od prethodnika. Pored davno potro\u0161enih 683 milijuna eura na ki\u0107enje Skopja, pitanje je treba li mu jednako skupo raski\u0107ivanje. S jedne strane, SDSM ne prestaje govoriti o prethodnicima iz VMRO-DPMNE-a, s druge strane, VMRO ih sada iz opozicije <a href=\"http:\/\/sitel.com.mk\/vmro-dpmne-predlaga-proekti-koi-mozhe-da-se-realiziraat-so-5-te-milioni-evra-so-koi-shilegov-kje-gi\">kritizira<\/a> zbog neracionalnog tro\u0161enja gradskog novca.
