{"id":21001,"date":"2017-11-15T12:10:34","date_gmt":"2017-11-15T11:10:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bilten.org\/?p=21001"},"modified":"2017-11-15T12:18:56","modified_gmt":"2017-11-15T11:18:56","slug":"knin-ostaje-bez-autobusnog-kolodvora","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bilten.org\/?p=21001","title":{"rendered":"Knin ostaje bez autobusnog kolodvora?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Primjeri infrastrukturne i svake druge zapu\u0161tenosti hrvatske provincije status medijske pri\u010de steknu uglavnom onda kad su posrijedi gradovi i mjesta koji su simboli Domovinskog rata. \u0160to nije ni \u010dudno s obzirom na to da u takvim slu\u010dajevima jaz izme\u0111u domoljubne retorike i dru\u0161tvene stvarnosti postaje najo\u010ditiji. A sasvim su o\u010diti i primjereni kriti\u010dki refleksi gra\u0111ana tih gradova prema politi\u010dkim elitama: Vukovara ili Knina se sjetite samo jednom godi\u0161nje kada do\u0111ete na obljetnice.<\/p>\n<p>A \u010dini se da \u0107e se u Knin sve te\u017ee i mo\u0107i dolaziti. Naime, izgledno je da \u0107e grad ostati bez, ionako krajnje zapu\u0161tenog, autobusnog kolodvora. Prema bizarnoj kaskadnoj ugovornoj logici stvari stoje ovako: vlasnik kolodvora su Hrvatske \u017eeljeznice, zakupac je Grad Knin, a podzakupac je autoprijevoznik \u010cazmatrans. Kako navodi kninski portal\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/huknet1.hr\/?p=24890\" target=\"_blank\">HUKnet<\/a>, \u010cazmatrans \u0107e upravljati kolodvorom do kraja ove godine, a onda izlazi iz podzakupa. Razlozi su jasni: autobusnih linija je sve manje i jednostavno im se ne isplati.<\/p>\n<p>Pored kroni\u010dne nebrige oko prometne infrastrukture u provinciji, izoliranosti Knina doprinijela je i autocesta koja ga je sasvim zaobi\u0161la. Kninski gradona\u010delnik Marko Jeli\u0107 je najavio da \u0107e grad poku\u0161ati izna\u0107i rje\u0161enje. Opcija je da gradska tvrtka preuzme upravljanje kolodvorom. Kao \u0161to je Jeli\u0107 istaknuo, to \u0107e zasigurno biti financijski neisplativo, ali za razliku privatnih firmi, ona gradska nema taj luksuz da si zanemari socijalnu i demografsku funkciju infrastrukture.<\/p>\n<p>Ostaje za vidjeti ho\u0107e li gradona\u010delnik prona\u0107i odgovaraju\u0107e rje\u0161enje.
